Earnings & Results Disclaimer

1. No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee that you will make money, increase profit, win more jobs, save any amount of time or reach any result by using RoofBook. Your results depend on many things we do not control, including your market, pricing, costs, crew, weather, insurance carriers, the work you put in, and how you use the tool.

2. Examples are illustrations

Any example on our site, including calculations like the “Margin Math” section, uses sample numbers to show how the spreadsheet works. They are not typical, expected or average results, and they are not a forecast of what you will earn or save.

3. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials, where shown, reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them. Your results may be different. Do not buy RoofBook expecting to get the same result as anyone else.

4. Business decisions are yours

You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, prices, bids and compliance with the law. See our Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
